In the very unlikely event of you needing to return an item, we have a 14 day returns policy from receipt of item.
Simply return the item in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receiving the item. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the item, minus the delivery charge/P+P. You are responsible for the cost of the return.

HOW TO ORDER BRIDAL & BESPOKE
The process starts with a free consultation in my studio in Hastings where you can try on dresses, look at fabrics and talk through all your ideas. From this meeting, I get a real sense of who you are and what your dress need to be. This is an exciting and creative experience which is personalised to your unique needs and we start the journey to make your dream dress.
Once your design is finalised, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and work begins!
All work takes place in my little studio by the sea by either myself or other highly skilled seamstresses. This ensures the highest quality and care is taken at every stage of making your beautiful dress.
Bespoke dresses can require up to 4 fittings and need to be ordered at least 6 months in advance.
In some circumstances, a bespoke item can be made in less time, although this may incur an extra fee.
Bespoke tailoring and evening wear follow the same process as for wedding dresses but please contact the studio if you have any questions or would like to know more!
